We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
For these weeks, your service will be delayed by one day after the holiday.
1. Weather Delays: In the event of severe weather or hazardous road conditions, your garbage and recycling pick-ups may be delayed by one week. The safety of our drivers is one of our greatest priorities.
2. Set Out Time: Please have your garbage and recycling out by 7:00 AM on your collection day to ensure timely pick-up.
3. Recycling Update: We now accept #1 and #2 plastics in your commingled recycling bin. To keep our recycling program efficient, any items that don’t meet the guidelines may not be collected.
4. Glass Recycling: Please place glass in a separate container and set it next to your recycling bin for collection.
5. Extra Garbage: Items that don’t fit entirely inside your garbage can or are placed next to it will be considered extra garbage and may incur additional charges.
6. Container Overload: Please avoid overloading your garbage container to ensure that everything empties smoothly during collection.
7. Proximity: For your safety and ours, we are not responsible for any items left within 3 feet of your garbage or recycling containers.
8. Missed Pick-Ups: If your garbage or recycling is missed, please call our office the same day, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We want to make your experience with our dumpster service as smooth as possible. Here are a few helpful tips to ensure everything goes well:
If you have larger items like furniture, feel free to set them beside the dumpster to save space inside for smaller items. Please note that there may be an additional charge for these items.
For scrap metal items such as BBQ grills, swing sets, lawn mowers, or washers/dryers, please place them beside the dumpster. We’ll arrange a special pick-up for these items, and an additional charge may apply.
Thank you for your cooperation! We’re here to help make your waste disposal as easy as possible. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Please keep the dumpster where it was originally placed, with the front of the container facing out and clear for our driver to access. It’s important that the dumpster remains on solid, level ground. If our driver needs to return for access or to remove the dumpster from mud, there may be an extra charge.
